Testing Report Forms for ANSI/ISEA 107-2004

The revised American National Standard for High-Visibility Safety Apparel and Headwear, ANSI/ISEA 107-2004, contains forms to be used for recording test results for background material, combined-performance material and retroreflective material.  There is also a format for a garment manufacturer to certify compliance with all design requirements for a specific Performance Class.

Copies of the standard can be ordered from ISEA.  At this time, there is no electronic version of the standard available.  The following rest report forms are available for download (Adobe Acrobat format)):
