PFAS: Legislative and Regulatory Updates You Need to Know

“We all are beginning to appreciate the ubiquity of PFAS in products of all sorts and of which we were unaware,” said Lynn L. Bergeson of Bergeson & Campbell, PC, a Washington law firm specializing in chemical law and science. “In light of EPA’s PFAS Strategic Roadmap, the manufacturing and related business sectors can expect enhanced scrutiny of with regard to the possible presence of PFAS.”

On March 28, Lynn and colleague Richard Engler, Ph.D. will join ISEA to offer insights on:

  • Updates and outlook of federal and state legislation and regulation on PFAS
  • EPA’s new safety assessment of chemical hazards
  • Finding PFAS: Steps businesses can take to identify sources
