ISEA Members Elected Officers and Board Members at the 2017 Annual Meeting

Sheila Eads, President and Chief Executive Officer of ERB Industries was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA), at the association’s Annual Meeting in Arlington, VA. Craig Wallentine, Global Business Development Manager from DowDuPont, was elected Vice Chairman.

In addition, the membership elected industry leaders Brian Myers from 3M Personal Safety Division and Kelly Kolb from Kimberly-Clark Professional, to seats on the Board of Trustees.

Sheila Eads joined ERB Safety, based in Woodstock, Ga., in 1995 to oversee all financial aspects of the company, and in 2002 was promoted to her current position of President and CEO.  She has led the company to year-over-year revenue growth and innovation, moving the company in new market and product directions, notably in the company’s Aware Wear line of high visibility products, and the Girl Power at Work line of safety products for women.  Prior to joining ERB, Ms. Eads was a senior manager at Deloitte, a global accounting and management-consulting firm. Ms. Eads graduated with honors from the University of Georgia in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration.

ERB Industries is a leader in the development, manufacture, and supply of safety products and hospitality apparel. ERB Safety division protects the health and safety of workers in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sector. The Fame Fabrics division provides low cost, high-quality apparel for the hospitality industry.

Craig Wallentine joined DuPont in 1989 and has had a broad range of leadership positions in the field of industrial personal protection. Particular areas of expertise are marketing leadership training and development, sales force effectiveness and channel strategy, new product development, global supply chain design, emergency event response planning and emerging region market development. Prior to joining DuPont, Mr. Wallentine worked for Exxon USA in several operational and planning roles.  He graduated with honors from the University of Utah with degrees in Chemical and Fuels Engineering and from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley with a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Brian Myers, Business Director with 3M Personal Safety Division, currently manages several of the safety businesses within 3M including several PPE businesses, reflective materials and instrumentation.  Over the past five years, he has managed various safety businesses following his role in the 3M Lean Six Sigma organization.  Prior to that role, Brian worked for Aearo Technologies and General Electric.  Brian is an Electrical Engineer, and MBA graduate.  He has served in ISEA as chair and vice-chair of the Hearing Protection group.  He also worked with ANSI on hearing protection standards and served as an officer in the National Hearing Conservation Association.

3M Personal Safety Division develops personal protective equipment based on decades of industry experience and a deep knowledge of industry standards, including safety glasses, ear plugs and reflective vests, marking tape, respirators and safety harnesses. All of it with one goal in mind: to keep people safe.

Kelly Kolb, Senior Global Brand Manager with Kimberly-Clark Professional, joined Kimberly-Clark in 2008 and has served roles in Business Development, Global Safety & Industrial Sales Capability and Global Safety Portfolio Development.  Kelly is currently responsible for global brand and category development for the Industrial Wiping business, and leading strategy and innovation planning across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region. She has 23 years of experience in Health & Safety, and prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, served in fields of Analytical Chemistry, Quality Assurance and Environmental Sanitation Management. She is an OSHA Authorized Instructor for Occupational Safety Standards, OSHA 10 and 30 Hour programs, and graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences in Industrial Hygiene, and a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health. She also serves as chair of the ISEA Education and Training Committee.
