Senior Director, Technical Programs & Development

Prior to joining ISEA, Diana was with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as the Electrical Safety Portfolio Manager overseeing the strategy for all electrical codes, standards, and handbooks and promoting the use of NFPA’s safety standards to businesses, organizations and governments domestically and internationally. She started at NFPA as the Segment Director for the Architect/Engineer/Contractor (A/E/C) community where she built relationships with NFPA members and non-members to understand, identify and respond to needs and opportunities in the A/E/C market.

Before her role at NFPA, Diana worked at Kidde Fire Systems/UTC and Tyco/SimplexGrinnell – managing designs and installations of gaseous fire suppression systems and releasing control panels and accessories; interpreting electrical, fire and life safety codes and standards requirements; orchestrating site safety visits to ensure compliance; and troubleshooting design and installation workplace challenges.

She is an active member of IEEE Industrial Applications Society and serves on the Electrical Safety Workshop Industry Segment Development Subcommittee.

She earned a BSEE from Western New England University in Springfield, MA.
