Robyn has more than 25 years of workforce change and communication experience and specializes in leading large client relationships and change initiatives. Her communication and change expertise includes digital engagement, business and HR transformation, and the employee rewards and talent experience.

Her passion is developing creative solutions that deliver great outcomes for her clients and their people. Recent project experiences include:

  • Development and activation of an employee value proposition for clients in the retail, financial service and healthcare industries
  • Total rewards philosophy and strategy for a global hospitality brand
  • Communication and promotion of a global, all-employee equity grant for two large employers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries
  • Change communication strategies focused on benefits harmonization for both a global, medical technology company and a US-based real estate management firm
  • Change management consulting in support of a global HR transformation, involving people, process and technology change

Prior to joining Mercer, Robyn was a partner and Chicago-based Communication leader at a large global consulting firm. She has a B.S. from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
