Sharon Tolson directs ISEA’s global QSSP education program. She has 7 years in health and safety, a Master of Science degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Life Coaching, Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies and several years of continued professional development. Sharon’s a seasoned learning and development professional and trainer with over 20 years of experience. Her training specialties include leadership and organizational development, in-person, e-learning/virtual platforms, LMS (Learning Management System) administration, change management, performance management, and assessments. Prior to joining ISEA, Sharon managed her own training center as well as, served as a lead training and development contractor for agencies such as Maryland State Board of Elections, District of Columbia Department of Health, and other companies in the technology, healthcare, non-profit, and education industries. She’s a certified instructor with both the American Red Cross and American Heart Association, where she also finds opportunities to give back to those less fortunate.
