Senior Director, Government Affairs, Portland Cement Association

Stephen Robuck is Senior Director, Government Affairs at the Portland Cement Association (PCA), where he directs the association’s advocacy on Infrastructure Revitalization, Clean Air Act Regulation of Ozone and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization.  Before joining PCA, Steve served as VP of EHS at Noranda Aluminum, NA Director of Safety for Hydro Aluminum, and EHS Manager at Alcoa.  PCA, founded in 1916, is the association for America’s cement manufacturers.  PCA members represent 92 percent of US cement production capacity and have facilities in all 50 states.  Steve earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master’s Degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
