OSHA Releases Silica FAQs for the Construction Industry

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released a set of 53 frequently asked questions to provide guidance to both employers and employees in the construction industry on its silica standard. The OSHA document is organized by topic and an introductory paragraph is included for each group to provide background information about the underlying regulatory requirements.
