Half of ISEA’s product groups recently held leadership elections to determine which members will serve as Chairs and Vice Chairs through 2024. Some current leaders volunteered to continue in their current roles, while some product groups are excited to welcome new first-time leaders.
We are grateful to all who dedicate their time and expertise to ensuring these insightful groups drive their agendas forward, helping to develop and refine safety equipment standards and promote the vitality of the safety product categories.

Heat Stress – A New Product Group
At the ISEA Annual Meeting in November, the Board of Directors voted to establish a new Product Group – Heat Stress Solutions. Dozens of members were at the Heat Stress Solutions meeting the next day, sharing ideas about how our community can spread more awareness about this growing hazard and solutions to help prevent heat stress and illness.
If your company manufactures or provides heat stress PPE or other cooling solutions, please reach out to ISEA to become an official member of the Heat Stress Solutions Product Group. The group will evaluate the development of Heat Stress Solutions product standard and collaborate on strategies to promote the category to stakeholders and end users.
