As part of ISEA’s efforts to evolve and expand member benefits, significant upgrades to our market data report program recently went into effect.
Working with our third-party vendor, Blue Wagon Group, the program now uses a secure, online portal for the collection of individual participant reports and for the distribution of the aggregate reports.
“The security upgrades were the priority,” explains Nancy Mayes of Blue Wagon Group. “But the upgrades overall reflect a real streamlining and modernization of the program’s operations.”
Instead of emailing reports – in and out – the portal will now be the “vault” for authorized users to submit quarterly data and then, when published, download the final reports.
“We recognize members are sharing confidential business data to participate in this vital market analysis program only available through ISEA,” said ISEA President & CEO Cam Mackey. “We want participants to feel fully confident ISEA and its partners are taking all available precautions to safeguard that information. Developing this secure portal on a private server was a key next step in the program’s continued maintenance and growth.”
