Meet with U.S. Leaders at the White House
We’re excited to share a special opportunity for members to visit the White House Eisenhower Executive Office Building on Friday, November 21.
ISEA will provide transportation for a morning briefing with leaders from the White House Office of Public Liaison.
Schedule:
8:00 am – Pre-Meeting Briefing at Hotel
8:30 am – Load buses (with luggage)
NOON – Buses depart White House for DCA
All participants will need a REAL ID or Passport for security screening.

Stay in the breakfast room for a briefing about the White House meeting – who we are meeting with, what to expect, and logistics.
Buses will take attendees to the White House Briefing.
Following the briefing, buses will take attendees to Reagan National Airport (DCA).
Meet with leaders from the White House Office of Public Liaison.
Where: White House Eisenhower Executive Office Building
How: Transportation will be provided from the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City to the Executive Office Building. After the briefing, the bus will travel directly to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) for drop-offs and will then return to the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City. If you are departing from DCA, please bring your luggage with you in the morning; storage will be available on the bus.
Guests departing from other airports will need to arrange their own transportation.
*Please note the following ISEA product groups will not be meeting at the Annual Meeting this year: Dropped Objects Prevention, Eye & Face Protection, Fall Protection, Hearing Product, and Instruments.
