New Leaders Bring Experience, Vision, and Industry Commitment
The International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA) announced the election of its 2026 Board of Trustees, welcoming a slate of distinguished industry leaders and celebrating the appointment of Wells Bullard, CEO of Bullard, as the new Chair of the Board.
Bullard succeeds Nate Kogler (Regulosity), who now moves into the role of Immediate Past Chair after two years of dedicated leadership.
Bullard’s election as Chair represents a continuation of a long and meaningful relationship between her family and ISEA. As a multigenerational leader in the PPE industry, she has been deeply engaged in ISEA’s mission throughout her career — serving on Product Groups, contributing to standards development, and championing collaboration between manufacturers, end users, and policymakers. Her company has been an ISEA member for decades, and her leadership reflects the same commitment to innovation and worker protection that has defined Bullard’s legacy in the safety industry.
“I’m honored to step into this role and build on the strong foundation laid by Nate and the entire Board,” said Bullard. “ISEA is advancing critical work for worker protection, standards development, and industry collaboration. I look forward to supporting that mission alongside this exceptional group of leaders.”

With Dustin Levy and Nikki McCullough joining the Board, ISEA gains two respected industry professionals who bring deep technical expertise, diverse perspectives, and a shared commitment to advancing worker safety and strengthening the PPE industry.
“This is an extraordinary Board — thoughtful, experienced, and deeply committed to advancing worker safety,” said Cam Mackey, President & CEO of ISEA. The combination of returning leaders and new Trustees like Dustin and Nikki ensures that ISEA remains innovative, inclusive, and prepared for the challenges and opportunities ahead.”
Honoring Tom Votel – Rolling Off the Board as Immediate Past Chair
ISEA recognized Tom Votel (Ignitium Advisory), who concludes his service as Immediate Past Chair at the end of this year. Tom has served on numerous ISEA Product Groups, participated in every major committee, and held every leadership position on the Board, including Chair. Several committees and program structures in place today exist because Tom helped build and champion them.
“Tom’s passion for safety is unmatched,” Mackey said. “His leadership, creativity, and unwavering dedication have influenced not just ISEA’s evolution, but the direction of the entire safety equipment industry. He has been a mentor, a visionary, and — in many ways — the very definition of what industry service looks like.”
Recognizing Outgoing Trustee John Wilson
ISEA also extends its appreciation to John Wilson of Draeger, who completed his term on the Board in 2025. Wilson has been an active, vocal, and thoughtful contributor, ensuring that industry issues were explored deeply and with the worker’s perspective at the forefront.
“We are deeply grateful to John for his service, energy, and insight,” said Mackey. “His leadership elevated key conversations within ISEA, and we are stronger because of his contributions.”
