ISEA is seeking public comments in response to the proposed revision of ANSI/ISEA 107-2015, American National Standard for High-Visibility Safety Apparel.
First published in 1999, the widely-accepted standard, incorporated by reference in federal highway regulations, defines the material performance criteria, design requirements, class and type designations (based on material amounts and intended application, respectively), and labeling for high-visibility safety apparel for occupational use.
Public review comments will be accepted from May 15 – June 29 and should be addressed to Cristine Fargo, ISEA’s Vice President, Operations and Technical Services. A copy of the public review draft is available here.
